PROCESS

Sign Celebrations will install signs in Lawton/Fort Sill and surrounding areas. If you really want a sign from us and you’re a little bit farther, message us anyway and we can discuss options! Our signs are made out of weather proof corrugated plastic. Each letter is staked into the ground and will withstand most weather conditions. When signs are rented we ask the following:

  • To help assure we are able to stake the letters fully into the ground, please water the lawn the morning of or evening prior to install. 

  • DO treat them with respect. We will set up and tear down. There is no reason you need to move them. (There will be a $15 fee per letter for signs lost or damaged while in your possession.)

  • Do NOT attach anything to our signs (including string, streamers, balloons, etc.)

  • Keep dogs and children away from the signs for their safety and the protection of the signs. Please do not mow or have any landscaping done while the signs are in the yard. Grass clippings stain the letters. There will be a $20 cleaning charge for letters dirtied by mowing during installation.

  • If you are renting a sign as a surprise for someone, let someone in their household know we are coming so they are not startled by us setting up or tearing down in the evening. 

  • Especially during COVID-19, please don’t touch or move the signs. We are doing our very best to keep your family & ours healthy. We clean each sign between uses but your help in not touching the signs is greatly appreciated to prevent possible spreading of germs.

  • DO take pictures of your sign and tag @SignCelebrationsOK on Facebook and Instagram. We love seeing smiling message recipients!

PAYMENT POLICY

Sign Celebrations provides custom yard greetings rented for 24 hour periods. Our cards are 18” staked letters and graphics made from weatherproof corrugated plastic.

An invoice will be sent after we finalize the message and date desired. Payment is accepted via credit/debit card. We request you book your message at least 1 week in advance to allow us to schedule appropriately. (If you know your desired dates sooner, advance ordering is always welcome. We highly recommend advance ordering for popular times of year such as graduation.)

Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit 50% of the payment fee. Cancellations prior to 72 hours will receive a refund or can switch the date of your message. Note, we are unable to refund payments should we be restricted from setting up within a gated community, asked to leave by the homeowner, or prevented from entering the yard due to unsafe conditions.

We will do our very best to set up in all weather conditions. However, if it is unsafe to set up due to heavy storms, tornado, lightening, or emergency conditions, we will contact you to discuss set up options. If weather prevents us being able to set up, a full refund will be given. If weather prevents normal pick up time (24 hours), we will pick up the following day when conditions are safer.
